Comfortable with Janet from the Beginning
I was a stay at home mom until recently, and had not left Caroline with a sitter or even a family member until the was probably about six months old. I was very apprehensive about the whole idea but my sister told me about Janet, who sat for her, and was employed full-time by some friends of hers.
I was nervous about leaving her but felt comfortable with Janet from the beginning. She had such a nice way with Caroline and seemed to genuinely care for her. I remember not worrying that first night, and not even calling, which if you knew me is an amazing thought. It seems that now with the sitters we use, now I’m always nervous that I forgot to tell them something, with Janet she was sharing helpful information with us. As Caroline got older it was such a treat to have Janet arrive with her big box of toys that Carline wasn’t concerned when we departed. We didn’t realize what a treat that was until Janet’s absence.
Janet was there for us when we were stumbling through our early days of parenthood and gave us a level of confidence that was immeasurable.
We wish Janet well and feel that any future employer would be lucky to find her.

Janet is extremely Caring
From being the loving caregiver of two two year olds, she will leave us having cared for not only my Taylor and son Tanner, but the Lakash family’s three children.
Janet is extremely caring. She has a great sense of humor and like to make the children laugh. She has good common sense and gives good direction to the children. Janet relates to the children well, yet maintains her authoritarian role at the same time. Most importantly, Janet is extremely trustworthy in every sense.

I highly recommend Janet Hein
I highly recommend Janet Hein for employment in the childcare field. Janet has been our primary baby sitter for four years. Our children are ages 8, 5, and 2&1/2. My husband and I have always appreciated Janet for her professionalism. She was always prompt, followed directions and was “in control.” Our children have enjoyed her for her warm and loving personality. Janet would make her own play dough, and was never without her big box of toys for them to have fun with. We had never left the children overnight, except once. It was Janet who stayed with them. It is difficult to find this type of trust, but you can trust in Janet.
